1996 Jim Barry Watervale Riesling

Bright, pale straw with a touch of green.
Fresh honeyed nose with some citrus/mineral notes.
Medium bodied, fresh acidity, lemon and lime flavours and well integrated oak. Nicely rounded with no excess alcohol, long and intense finish.
Excellent aperitif - this may well improve with several years in the cellar.
