1995 Lazaridi Amethystos Cava

Opaque purple/red to purple/pink.
Plums and spicy oak on the nose with some mushrooms and violets - big, ripe and alcoholic.
Full-bodied with sweet mint, violet and cassis flavours, thick underlying tannins and juicy lime acidity. Quite clean and dry on the finish.
Lovely now, but monolithic. Very good now and in the next 6/7 years?
