1998 Montevertine Il Sodaccio IGT Toscana

Even red, slightly paler than the Pergole Torte.
Quite subtle soured fruit with some bitter green herbs. Very light (almost thin) but delicious and savoury, it would be excellent now with a chunk of parmesan.
