2000 Quintarelli Bianco Secco VDT Veronese

Very pale straw, bright.
Delicate, fresh, grassy nose with some alcohol and a touch of earth.
Bone-dry and medium bodied with a subtle flavour of lemons and minerals. Juicy, with lemony acidity and a mid-palate of oranges and mineral oils - aromatic and almost alsacian. Good long finish. Very good though pricy. Excellent now with cold meats and parmesan.
