Bright, pale yellow/gold. Oily, bitter, citrussy nose - ripe but simple. Full bodied with sweet, oily, rich quince fruit, spiced apples, good acidity and a grapefruit tang on the finish. Well balanced but plenty of alcohol. Good value. Now.
