[Tasted Blind] Deep gold. Layered, intense, honeyed nose with cream and spiced apples - gorgeous. Intense and honeyed with oily, marmalade flavours. Very good balance with acids carrying through on a long finish. Showing some development but still lively. 19/20 (they made me score it, even though I don't approve). [Guess: Botrytised Semillon from Australia with 7 to 10 years bottle age].
