1995 Lafleur-Petrus Bordeaux

Almost opaque/garnet to red. Lurking, alcoholic plum and oak nose with a hint of violets - lots there but it needs time to come out. Medium to full bodied with sweet plum/mulberry fruit, juicy acids, firm, slightly dusty, underlying tannins and a long finish with almond notes. Attractive enough now, but really needs at least another 5 to 10 years.
