1998 Yaldara Reserve Grenache

Pale, even ruby, bright and very viscous. Dusty, peppery nose with some lurking raisin and blackcurrant aromas and a touch of vegetation and oak. Medium bodied and quite dry, with spicy, berry fruit, dominant tobacco and old oak flavours and a touch of green leaf. Decent acidity and reasonably firm tannins. Lovely.
