Very pale, even colour with a light spritz.
Fresh floral nose of elderflowers and nettles, soft and alcoholic.
Lively and fresh on the palate - herbaceous with citrus fruit appearing and lasting through the long dry finish.
Very elegant - lovely as an aperitif.
