1997 Cady Coteaux du Layon Chaume

Bright, pale gold, viscous.
Intense bready, creamy, honeyed nose.
Thick and viscous with a lovely soft texture; intense, oily, honey and vanilla flavours and a long finish.
Very sweet, but balanced by juicy acids.
Excellent now but should go another 10 or more years.
