Pale, bright gold.
Oily, alcoholic nose - fresh and lively with green olive aromas.
Medium bodied, with ripe quince fruit, plenty of alcohol, fresh citrussy acids and a fair amount of oak. Well balanced with a long dry finish.
Drink it on its own or with grilled poultry.
