Very pale straw with a fine, persistent mousse.
Quite closed on the nose with some grapefruit and boiled sweet aromas.
Medium bodied and medium dry - rounded, ripe, grapefruit and lemon flavours. Excellent balance with fresh acidity and a long finish.
A delicate wine that is drinking well now - ideal as an aperitif.
