Very deep, purple/red, gradually paling - some maturity. Viscous.
Dense, peppery, black fruit and plum nose - more development than the Bin 28 but needs time.
Full bodied with soft, spicy fruits, lots of ripe tannin, some acidity and a layer of palate-masking alcohol.
[Guess: US Syrah - slightly dull due to high alcohol level - will this open out? UKP 10-15]
