1996 Marietta Old Vine Zinfandel

Deep purple/red with an intense inky nose of mulberries.
Full bodied and chewy with firm, underlying tannins, peppery oak, spicy mulberry fruit and lemony acids.
Long finish but very tannic - needs a couple of years anyway.
