1995 Mount Horrocks Cabernet Merlot

Opaque purple to purple/red rim. Big legs.
Attractive, alcoholic nose with intense mulberry fruit and a trace of mint.
Full bodied and juicy, with black fruits and a peppery, meaty midpalate. Dry, firm tannins and warm acidity come through on the finish.
Nicely balanced, dry red that would cellar for a couple of years but would match grilled/roasted meats now.
