1993 Tim Knappstein Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve

Opaque, fading to blood-red.
Massive nose with green, vegetal aromas.
Full bodied and rich, with flavours of sweet, red capsicums and peppercorns. Rich dry tannins and a long finish.
Very enjoyable now but should develop for another 5 years.
