Pale, bright, gold.
Fresh, attractive nose with juicy fruit and a trace of vanilla.
Medium to full bodied with ripe, juicy, sweet pear, apple and citrus fruits. Racy acidity and a long, crisp, dry finish with mineral notes and warm alcohol.
Perfectly balanced now, alone or with white meats.
