[Tasted Blind]
Garnet, browning at rim. Fairly viscous. [Mature, warm climate]
Developed nose of tangy forest fruits, earth and oak - gorgeous and mature. [Italian ?]
Medium bodied with plenty of acidity and dry tannins. Red currants and earth.
Long, slightly bitter finish. Outstanding with food - drink now.
[I actually guessed this wine right - I was dead smug for weeks!]
