1996 Yarra Valley Hills Chardonnay

Bright, with a touch of gold at the core.
Fresh, tropical and mineral nose with well integrated, lightly toasted oak.
Medium to full bodied with sweet, spiced, floury apples, cinnamon and oak flavours.
Crisp acidity and a layer of warm alcohol.
Good balance and decent length. Very good, obviously new world style.
