Deep ochre/gold paling to yellow at rim.
Intense nose with raisins, spice, apples, pears - quite developed.
Rich, thickly textured wine with concentrated orange fruit and peardrops, lively, tart acidity and a very long, savoury finish. Slightly oxidised with a trace of oak coming through on the finish.
Utterly gorgeous - drink it now or lay it down for another 10 years.
